SCA Property Group warns tenants it will ‘vigorously’ chase rents – Sydney Morning Herald
Panic buying, shopping locally and a big shift towards eating at home helped SCA Property Group shelter from the COVID storm.

“We will continue to actively pursue payments from tenants for all outstanding rentals not covered by waivers or deferrals,” chief executive Anthony Mellowes said.
“If there is rent owed, we will be chasing that rent very vigorously.”
Rent collections from SCAs shopping centres slumped to 77 per cent of expected payments from March to June, with more than 600 tenants receiving rental assistance under the governments mandatory code of conduct.
