Another day, another jump out of a helicopter.
Just when you think SAS Australia cant get any more brutal, the Angry English Men (AEM) demand the recruits launch themselves into freezing cold water, swim 500 metres and hike in 4 degree weather.
Easy peasy lemon squeezy, right? Not so much.
The recruits were once again pushed to their limits and for one it all became too much.
