Another day, another Angry English Man (AEM) yelling at the recruits. No changes here.
The temperature is at a crisp six degrees, so of course, producers have thought the best activity for the day would be to watch the remaining recruits go for a swim.
The challenge today is a competitive time trial to test their focus.
Divided up into teams, the recruits have to again jump out of a helicopter (this time face forward thank God), drop eight metres into near freezing water, swim 500 metres to shore…
