BRISBANE-BASED surfer and developer Paul Gedoun has sold his luxurious Paddington home in a deal that has smashed the suburb’s sale price record for the second time in less than a month.
The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home on a huge 1553 sqm block at 22 Reading Street has fetched $8 million — eclipsing the previous benchmark of $7.75 million set just three weeks ago.
