MOSCOW, Nov. 19 (Xinhua) — Two Russian astronauts have conducted a spacewalk to prepare the Russian segment of the International Space Station (ISS) for the arrival of a new scientific module.
The 47th Russian spacewalk lasted six hours and 48 minutes on Wednesday, the country’s state space corporation Roscosmos said in a statement.
It was the first time Roscosmos astronauts Sergei Ryzhikov and Sergei Kud-Sverchkov used the Poisk (Search) module as an exit into space rather than the Pirs (Pier)…
