Russia and China plan station on moon – Shepparton News
Russia and China have signed a memorandum on the construction of an international lunar station, Russian space agency Roskosmos says.Roskosmos and the Chinese space administration have agreed to work together on the construction of the lunar station and provide access to the project for other countries and international partners.
Roskosmos boss Dmitri Rogozin made the announcement after a video conference with his Chinese counterpart, Zhang Kejian.
