Rugby star lists Brisbane unit in bid to cash in on hot market

Former Wallabies halfback Nick Phipps is hoping to cash in on Brisbane’s hot property market by listing his investment property in the exclusive suburb of Hamilton.
Phipps, who played 71 Tests for the Wallabies, now lives overseas with his family after signing a two-year deal with English club London-Irish last year.
