Rugby Australia records monster $27m loss and reveals scary plan to rebuild the game – Fox Sports
Having posted an ugly $27.1 million deficit, Rugby Australia will turn to private equity in a bid to drive the game out of the doldrums.

RA chair Hamish McLennan on Thursday evening told reporters he lamented the fact they would turn to selling some of their commercial operations, but the code had little choice.
As McLennan admits, rugby faced the genuine prospect of returning to an amateur game after COVID-19 struck.
