New Delhi: A doctor has said that the new mutant variant of coronavirus appears to escape RT-PCR COVID-19 test.
Dr Souradipta Chandra, Consultant Physician at Helvetia Medical Centre in Delhi, said that there are likely double and triple mutant variants of COVID-19 first detected in India and the same seems to be causing previously-unseen symptoms.
