RSPCA puts up cat for adoption in Brisbane after removing rifle pellet
A cat which survived being shot and having a rifle pellet lodged in its shoulder for a month is up for adoption.
The RSPCA is calling for information on the treatment of the cat found on Grassdale Crescent in Morayfield, north of Brisbane, last month.
It is not known if the cat was deliberately targeted by a shooter or was the victim of a stray shot.
“The bullet is believed to have been in there for up to a month or more before the cat was collected as a stray,” RSPCA Queensland said on…
