Royal wedding bishop responds to Sussexes’ Oprah interview: ‘Cut everybody some slack’ – 9Honey
The American bishop who gave a rousing sermon at Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s wedding has reacted to backlash over the pair’s Oprah Winfrey interview.
Reverend Michael Curry called for people to “cut everybody some slack” in response to the vitriol that’s emerged after the couple’s explosive interview.
Appearing on TODAY, Curry said after viewing the interview, he came to the conclusion that “everybody involved in this, they’re all people.”
