Distressing vision has emerged of the moment a postman appears to leave an elderly woman lying on the frozen ground following a fall outside her home.
A neighbours doorbell camera captured the interaction between grandmother-of-two Patricia Stewart, 72, and the Royal Mail employee while he was completing a delivery in Bainsford, Scotland, on Thursday.
Stewart was lying on the path in the snow when she postman arrived.
