The Roosters will risk a two-game ban for Ben Marschke at the judiciary on Tuesday night in a bid to avoid being reduced to their fifth-string hooker in Friday’s clash with the Storm.
Marschke, who only debuted off the bench in round four, is attempting to beat a grade-one crusher tackle charge after an incident involving Sharks winger Mawene Hiroti last week.
The 23-year-old would have been sidelined for one match with an early guilty plea.
