Roma Street Parkland free car park to be sold to developers
“The car parking area immediately to the east of the rail corridor and north of the Parkland Apartments has been slated for development for a long period of time under Brisbane City Council’s City Plan,” a spokesman said.
“These sites are the most likely to be developed in a way that is consistent with the existing apartments, with imposed height limits of 12 storeys.”

The land-use changes are being made public because the CRRDA began a public consultation phase in late February about the future of the Roma Street Parklands site.
