Former Rogue Trader Natalie Bassingthwaighte used to belt out I Know Him So Well in her living room – now she gets to perform it at the Regent Theatre.
Shes following in the footsteps of her Broadway and West End heroes Idina Menzel and Elaine Paige, who have both played Florence. The musical was spun from a concept album penned by one half of ABBA, in Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus, and Tim Rice retrofitted the shows book. It fuses 80s synths with an operatic score and rock star strut.
