While Poodle Bar & Bistro was still being fitted out during Melbournes first lockdown last year, head chef Josh Fry started cooking sandwiches for a pop-up called Roccos Bologna Discoteca hidden behind the scaffolding.
And with news of an extended lockdown 4.0, the Poodle team has brought it back.
