Rio Tinto has awarded Southern Cross Electrical Engineering (SCEE) a contract for plant electrical and instrumentation works at its Koodaideri iron ore mine in Western Australia.
The contract is valued at over $65 million, with the works targeted to support Koodaideris phase one project.
