Cranbourne-based trainer relieved to have burden of serious charges dropped
Cranbourne-based trainer Richard Laming said he was relieved to have the burden of serious charges dismissed on Thursday by the Victorian Racing Tribunal.
Racing Victoria dropped a bombshell on Thursday when it withdrew two charges against Laming for the alleged race-day drenching of mare Jamaican Rain before she was due to race later in the day in November 2019.
