Revealed: The next steps in NRL’s Suaalii investigation as one legend pleads ‘let him play’ – Fox Sports
It’s been revealed what the NRL plans to do next in the process to determine whether teenage Roosters star Joseph Suaalii will be available to play Round 1 or not….
Suaalii is still only 17 years old and so under current rules he cant play in the NRL competition until he turns 18 on August 1.
The Roosters are lobbying the governing body for an exemption, which would allow Suaalii to be available for first-grade selection immediately.
