Marks & Spencer to shut Singapore store UK retailer Marks & Spencer is shutting down one of its Singapore stores following the liquidation of department-store chain Robinsons. The Raffles City Marks & Spencer store is leased under the Robinsons name and both chains are under Dubai-based Al-Futtaim Group.
