‘Regrettable’ Fremantle tent city provided no long-term help to homeless, report finds

Fremantle’s tent city, which began as an operation to feed vulnerable people on Boxing Day, ended as a “regrettable event” which failed to provide long-term help to the homeless people camping there, a report has found.
