Reality star Erika Jayne and her lawyer husband, Tom Girardi, are being sued for allegedly using their divorce to embezzle money.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been named in a civil suit pertaining to a case her husband worked on back in 2018, in which he won a settlement claim from airline company Boeing for his clients.
According to documents filed in Illinois and obtained by People magazine, Girardi, 81, and Jayne, 41, are being sued by law firm Edelson PC on behalf of the families…
