The peloton faced the longest stage at the Tour de France in 21 years on stage 7.
When all was said and done, Matej Mohori won stage 7 of the Tour de France solo, and Mathieu van der Poel (Alpecin-Fenix) kept yellow, but the peloton had been through the equivalent of a 12-round boxing match 250 kilometers full gas.
