Ralph measures rain by the metre on NSW coast as BoM Climate Summary tells tale of vastly different years

Ralph Clissold is used to rain. Since December 10 there’s been only one day without it on his Mount Seaview property west of Port Macquarie on the NSW Mid North Coast.

And in the Bureau of Meteorology’s [BoM] Climate Summary released yesterday, the area was deemed the wettest in New South Wales for 2020 — a title it’s also taken six of the previous 10 years.
