Raiders want ‘SBW rule’ in place for rivals as Chooks splash cash – Sydney Morning Herald
The Raiders have always had relocation costs capped, but now expect the NRL to let rival clubs to adopt the ‘SBW rule’ after the Roosters spent big.

Canberra chief executive Don Furner who, along with Roosters chairman Nick Politis is one of the game’s longest-serving administrators, hoped the ‘SBW rule’ would also be in place for the other 15 clubs moving forward.
