RAAF Amberley crash in Queensland forces grounding of Super Hornets and Growlers

The Royal Australian Air Force will ground its entire fleet of Super Hornets and Growlers after two pilots were forced to eject before a crash in Queensland.
The emergency involved a military jet that ran off the runway at the base in Amberley, as seen in the exclusive footage above.
A witness filmed a pilot and co-pilot parachuting back to the ground after the accident in their FA-18 Super Hornet fighter.
It had been third in line for take-off during Tuesday afternoon’s manoeuvres.
