The death in custody of a Queensland woman after a clipseal bag containing meth “failed” in her vagina has led to recommended changes to the way prisoners are treated.
Mother-of-three Cindy Leigh Miller, 44, died hours after being taken into custody in the Ipswich Watch House on April 21, 2018.
