Queensland woman accidentally given one dose each of different COVID vaccines
A Queensland woman has inadvertently received one dose each of two different types of COVID-19 vaccines.
The revelation is the latest issue to arise in the state’s vaccine rollout, which authorities have again been forced to defend on Friday amid changing health advice.
The woman, reportedly an aged care worker from Ipswich, initially received the Pfizer vaccine before incorrectly being given the AstraZeneca vaccine for her follow-up dose.
