Queensland Reds flyer Suliasi Vunivalu could be grounded for up to a month with the hamstring injury suffered in Saturday’s crushing 46-14 win over the NSW Waratahs.
The former NRL star announced himself in Super Rugby AU with a matchwinning play the previous weekend against the Western Force.
But the unbeaten ladder leaders might not have the winger’s services until the finals after an unfortunate diagnosis.
Vunivalu was on Sunday named in a 40 man Wallabies squad.
