The NSW Supreme Court has dismissed Qantass appeal to a decision that held it must challenge the defection of former executive Nick Rohrlach to Virgin Australia in Singapore with costs.
Ex-Jetstar Japan boss Mr Rohrlach accepted a senior role at Qantas Loyalty in October, yet shortly after accepted the chief executive role at Virgins own Velococity Frequent Flyer decision in December.
