Queensland rapist who breached orders five times to be released

A Queensland rapist who was “one impulse away” from reoffending will be released from custody under a supervision order for 10 years.

Troy Jimmy Charles Brown, now 40, began offending at a young age, including sexual offences dating from 1995.
