Queensland police operations overhauled after damning report finds myriad of issues

Queensland Police Service is undergoing a massive overhaul of its operations after a damning report revealed officers were struggling to keep up with soaring demand and abandoning calls for service.
The Greenfield Review, undertaken by management consultant Neil Greenfield, and released in December in 2019, was obtained exclusively by 7NEWS after a lengthy Right to Information battle.
