Queensland mother, 28, seriously injured while responding to fatal crash
A Queensland woman has been seriously injured and was “just inches from death” after stopping to help those involved in a fatal car crash.
Rachel Fleming, 28, pulled her car over after coming across the horrific two-vehicle accident in Glastonbury near Gympie on the night of June 3.
