Queensland Labor MP Duncan Pegg dies of cancer aged 40

Queensland Labor MP Duncan Pegg has died from cancer after being diagnosed as terminal six weeks ago.

He was 40.

Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk announced the death on Thursday, paying tribute to the Stretton MP and offering condolences to his parents Lindsey and Graham and the Pegg family.
