From colourful germs to families cooped up in homes and loved ones on life support, here’s how children across the state viewed the pandemic.

GoCA director Jessica McVeigh said about 350 artworks were entered from children across Queensland.
She said 50 pieces were chosen and videos of 30 children being interviewed were displayed in the museum, with the help of MoB curator Emma McLean.
“There were some key themes but others included not being able to see their grandparents at church or not being able to play on the swings,” she said.
“It also showed their understanding of the gravity of the situation.”
