Queensland Has Declared Adelaide a COVID-19 Hotspot and Shut Its Borders to the City – Concrete Playground

With 17 COVID-19 cases identified in the South Australian capital in the past 24 hours as part of a new cluster, the Sunshine State has declared the area a coronavirus hotspot.
