A stunning unbeaten century by Georgia Redmayne has helped lift the Queensland Fire to their first Women’s National Cricket League (WNCL) title following a 112-run win over Victoria at Melbourne’s Junction Oval.

Already a standout batter in this season’s competition alongside Victorian opponent Elyse Villani, Redmayne stood up again when it mattered most, clubbing 134 not out in her side’s hefty 8-317.
