Queensland detects historic COVID-19 case linked to Brisbane cluster – 7NEWS.com.au
Health authorities say the case is still under investigation.
Queensland has recorded a historic case of COVID-19 believed to be linked to the recent Brisbane cluster.
Chief Health Officer Dr Jeannette Young said the person, who attended the Byron Bay party, has been in self-isolation.
This case is linked to the second Brisbane cluster that originated from a Princess Alexandra Hospital nurse, taking the total number of cases linked to that cluster to 13, she said in a statement.
