Queensland COVID case puts Woolworths Calamvale North, Coles Sunnybank Hills and Algester on alert
Australia has recorded its first community case of the more infectious UK strain of the coronavirus outside of quarantining returned overseas travellers.
Aged care homes across greater Brisbane were sent into lockdown on Thursday after a cleaner at a Brisbane quarantine hotel was diagnosed with the UK variant.
Visitors will be barred from visiting facilities in the Metro North, Metro South and West Morton heath regions.
