Queensland bus driver chemical attack labelled ‘disgusting’ and traumatic
A Queensland bus driver will be traumatised by a “disgusting” attack in which he was doused in an unknown “caustic” fluid, industry figures say.
The man in his 30s was driving on Drews Rd at Loganholme, south of Brisbane, on Monday morning when he was hit with an unknown liquid.
Initial reports suggested the liquid was acid-like after paramedics said he was “exposed to a chemical irritant around his face after an alleged assault”.
