Queensland accuses Commonwealth of picking vaccine fight as distraction

Queensland’s Deputy Premier has accused the federal government of starting a fight with the states over its vaccination rollout to distract people from its issues around the treatment of women in Canberra.
Asked at a media conference on Monday whether Queensland had any issues to raise at the national cabinet meeting this Friday, Mr Miles said there had been “a lot of issues” since the last meeting.
