Prince Edward and his wife visit the queen at Windsor Castle as Prince William, Duke of Cambridge cancels his appearance at the BAFTAs.
Prince Edward and his wife Sophie, the Countess of Wessex have visited the Queen the day after the Duke of Edinburgh’s death.
“The Queen has been amazing,” said Sophie to the press, as the pair left Windsor Castle.
Members of the royal family have been visiting the grieving monarch at Windsor Castle where Prince Philip died on Friday.
