Qualitas upsizes IPO to $335m, makes room for large investor – The Australian Financial Review
Real estate sector investment management firm Qualitas has accepted a late bid for shares in the company.
The deal would value Qualitas at $735 million on a market capitalisation basis.
Qualitas was due to lodge its prospectus with ASIC on Monday 29, according to information in front of potential investors, and trade on the ASX from December 16.
