A ONE-BEDROOM Brisbane unit that sold for a staggering $2.625 million two years ago is back on the market.
The sale of the luxury apartment, which is on the river in the sought-after Riparian Plaza building in the CBD, set a Queensland record when it last changed hands in 2018 — and it’s expected to set a new record again.
