Qld Top 50 Homes ‘X-shaped’ homestead entrant sells for $4.65m

A local Brisbane family has secured the stunning Cubberla Homestead for a multimillion-dollar sum.
The abode, which also happened to come in at No. 46 on The-Courier Mail’s list of Top 50 Homes in Queensland, sold for $4.65 million.
Hail stones and torrential rain poured down on the property about half an hour before it went to auction on Saturday, but the sun shone through just as Jason Adcock of Adcock Prestige got proceedings…
