QLD Police issue appeal after human remains found in Brisbane’s Stretton Wetlands area

Queensland Police has appealed for public assistance to help identify human remains discovered in Brisbane earlier this month.
The body of a man was located in the Stretton Wetlands area by a gardening contractor about 8am on October 2.
While the death is not believed to be suspicious, police are yet to identify the body.
Detectives released two images of clothing found with the remains including what appears to be a blue and white belt, and white converse shoes.
