Qld man admitted to hospital after AstraZeneca vaccination

A Queensland man is in intensive care with blood clots after receiving the AstraZeneca vaccine.

Chief Health Officer Jeannette Young said the 66-year-old man was being treated at Townsville Hospital and early investigations indicated his clots were directly related to the vaccine.
