Leading Hong Kong jockey Zac Purton has been fined HK$40k for a tweet he sent out on Thursday that stewards deemed was a breach of misconduct.

Leading Hong Kong jockey Zac Purton has been fined HK$40k for a tweet he sent out on Thursday suggesting a rival may have tested positive to COVID-19.”Has a jockey in Hong Kong just tested positive to Covid?,” tweeted Purton at 6:35pm on December 10.
Hong Kong stewards believed the wording of Purton’s tweet had the potential to create uncertainty over the continuance of racing in Hong Kong in the immediate future.
As such, they found him guilty of a charge of misconduct under Rule 155(5).
