Pub market thaws as two groups snap up $100m of venues – The Australian Financial Review
Redcape has bought the Gladstone Hotel in Sydney for $38 million, while Hotel Property investments has bought two pubs in Queensland and in Melbourne for $63 million….

JLL Hotels & Hospitality’s Ben McDonald and John Musca negotiated the sale.
The agents said it was the largest pub deal struck in NSW since the COVID-19 shutdown of hotels across the state was enforced on March 23.
JLL Hotels is currently negotiating $300 million of pub deals, Mr Musca said.
Joining Redcape in bolstering its investment portfolio, ASX-listed Hotel Property Investments (HPI) snapped up three gaming venues for a combined $63.3 million.
