New figures today confirm Australia’s ongoing success in suppressing the spread of HIV, with new cases down 12 per cent compared to five years ago.
That’s put Australia on track to be one of the first countries to eliminate the spread of the virus though researchers say we still need to do more to accelerate towards that goal.
